Mikaela Sramek-Wills
Owner/Director
Mikaela has been dancing for the past 35 years and has studied all different styles of dance such as, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Clogging, Pointe, Contemporary/Lyrical, Pom, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics. Throughout her dance experience she has performed at the Mall of America, Disney World and has performed on national television in the Macy Thanksgiving Day Parade several times.
She grew up in Valley, Nebraska and graduated with a degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While earning her degree at UNO she was on the nationally ranked UNO Maverick Dance Team & the Semi Professional Omaha Beef Dance Team. She also coached Millard South High School dance team for two years, choreographed for the Omaha Beef, UNO Dance Team, Elkhorn Valley Community Theater & CCC Columbus Theater program. Mikaela has won many awards for her choreography, even a Grand National Championship. She also judges for dance competitions around the country.
Just recently, Mikaela received her certification with Dance Teacher University and UNLV. She loves to continue her education and bring new material to the studio each year.
Mikaela is married to Alan Wills and has three children, her stepson Matthew, Marcus and Alivia. She is very excited iDance is heading in it's thirteenth year of business and is looking forward to many more years to come.
Nate Sramek
Associate Director
Nate has been dancing for the past 25 years. He has been trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Clogging, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Lyrical and Acrobatics. He danced in the Nutcracker through the Omaha Theatre Ballet and Bellevue Ballet Company multiple times. In high school was very active as a competitive dancer, participated in high school theatre and the Elkhorn Valley Community Theatre. Nate was also was recognized as NCA All Star Cheerleader. He has had the privilege to perform in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, at the Mall of America and Disney World.
He has taught for several different dance studios located in Omaha and Kansas City throughout his career. Nate is an award winning choreographer for his clogging choreography. He has worked for dance competitions in the past and is currently judging for dance competitions on the weekends. Nate just recently received his certification in Acrobatic Arts. He is excited to share his knowledge with students at iDance.
Nate has always had a passion for dance ever since he was young. His purpose in life is to ignite passion of dance in others. He is looking forward to this new opportunity and is very excited to be working with his sister once again!

Rebecca Johnson
Instructor
Rebecca Johnson has been dancing since the age of 7 and has never stopped. She started dancing at iDance in 2011 and has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Lyrical. She has been training to become a dance instructor for the past 4 years and is very excited to be a part of the staff at iDance.
Rebecca graduated from Lakeview High School and plans on attending CCC this Fall. She has two beautiful daughters with her husband, Landon. She is excited for another year at iDance!

Stephanie Tepox
Ballet Instructor
Stephanie Tepox began her dance training, at the age of four, in Bucks
County, Pa. By age eleven, she had been awarded the title of Miss Petite Dance of New York City, by Dance Masters of America. She then studied at the Rock School, in Philadelphia, and the Harid Conservatory, in Fl. At the age of sixteen she joined the Pa Ballet, as a paid trainee. At eighteen years of age she accepted a full company contract with Tulsa Ballet Theater, and at twenty, a full company contract with Ballet Omaha.
Her love of the arts would then guide her into the next phase of her
career. As a circus performer, she would spend the next thirteen years touring the U.S. and Canada. Performing various acts including the Roman Rings, a Quick Change Magic Act, and riding the elephants. She also began teaching ballet, during the off season.
Returning to Omaha in 2012, she has been teaching at multiple studios
throughout the Metro Area, and is very excited to join the staff of the iDance Project, beginning in the summer of 2022.

Logan Korus
Instructor
Logan Korus has been dancing since the age of 13 and has enjoyed every minute of it. She started dancing at in 2010 when iDance opened it's doors. She has studied Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom and Lyrical. She has been training to become a dance instructor for the past couple of years and is very excited to be a part of the staff at iDance.
Logan graduated from Lakeview High School and was on the iDance Competition team for 4 years. She will be teaching a hip hop class on Tuesday nights.


Gessica Ackman
Instructor
This is Gessica's first year teaching at iDance! She started dancing at the age of 4 and continued dancing/choreographing throughout college at CCC and for the WSC Aristocats. She has been married to her husband Scott for 9 years and have 2 children, Everlie and Porter. Everlie dances competitively at iDance and Porter enjoys playing soccer. Gessica is also a huge dog lover! We have 3 dogs; Hershey, Stormie, and Nellie. She has always had a love and passion for dance and is excited to continue being a part of dance through teaching!

Vicky Sramek
Office Manager & Business Administrator
We are happy to have Vicky at iDance! With both of her children Mikaela & Nate, in dance throughout their life, she has gained a lot of experience from the dance world. Vicky has worked in the corporate world in Account Receivable and has managed several different businesses. She is happy to be with work with her children and is excited for this new adventure.

Kirsten Peterson
Instructor
Kirsten started dancing at iDance Project in 2010 and fell in love with dance instantly. She graduated from Lakeview High School and went on to earn her Graphic Design degree. This is her 4th year teaching at iDance and she is looking forward for another fun year!
Alisyn Bardsley
Instructor
Alisyn grew up in Columbus and has been dancing all her life. She joined iDance in 2011 and was a member of the iDance Competition Team. Alisyn was also a cheerleader at CHS. After high school, she attended Midland College and competed on their dance team. Now Alisyn is a member of the UNO Dance team and is studying Exercise Science.


Holden Wemhoff
Choreographer
Holden was born & raised in Norfolk, Nebraska where he started dance at the age of eight. His passion for dance led him to Los Angeles, California after he graduated high school. He quickly signed with an agency and booked his first professional job soon after. Holden has travelled to Reno, Nevada to perform in the musical "The Producers", worked closely with Disney, and made a few appearances on the YouTube channel "Awesomeness TV". Holden has also choreographed for multiple performances throughout his high school career.
